Victoria Manon

Victoria Ann Manon, 62 of Halcottsville, New York passed away at Bassett hospital in Cooperstown on Friday, January 30th 2026 from complications of pneumonia.

She was born August 20th, 1964 at the original Margaretville Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Virginia Short of Highmount, New York. She graduated from Onteora Central School in 1983. She worked at the Margaretville Hospital campus for 30 years. 

She enjoyed painting, ceramic items, reading, diamond painting, and really loved playing Scrabble with her mother. Victoria was the loving wife of Asher J Manon and mother to two beautiful loving daughters Crystal and Nicole and an angel of a granddaughter Avery Clover. She was the sister of Brenda and her two brothers Richard and Benjamin and their spouses Paul, Carol and Cindy. Victoria was an aunt to several nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all.

 A memorial will be held for Victoria Ann Manon at a later date.
