Dr. James Robert Gohlke, 75, of Margaretville and Kingston passed away on September 14, 2020 at Northern Duchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY. Jim was born on April 8, 1945 in Warsaw, NY to Frederick Lewis Gohlke and Mable May (Reid) Gohlke. He is survived by his children, Kenneth R. Gohlke of Yorktown Heights, NY, Jennifer Holly Gohlke Khan of Charlottesville, VA, and Paul Reid Gohlke of Blacksburg, VA, his three grandsons, his brother Fredrick L. Bob passed away at home in Margaretville, NY on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hynes Funeral Home in Margaretville, followed by a prayer service at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Gregory Weider as celebrant. Following the service friends and family will gather at the Arkville Fire Hall to celebrate Bob’s life. 

Committal prayers will be held in the spring at the Margaretville cemetery. Donations in Memory of Robert Dwyer can be made to the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society in Delhi.

Julia (Judy) Hammond, age 79, life long resident of Denver, New York, died Saturday February 23, 2019.
